Celebrating the Royal Australian Navy's 100th Anniversary, the RAN will be granted Freedom of Entry to the City of Melbourne on the 16th of September 2011.
Step off from the the Concert Hall, St Kilda Road will be at 11.30am, straight up Swanston St with the challenge occuring at Collins St, then concluding in Lonsdale St.
